1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SAK Health Consult website and your engagement with our healthcare services, products and educational programmes. By accessing our website, booking a service or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. SAK Health Consult is a registered healthcare services provider operating in Tarkwa, Western Region, Ghana.
2. Our Services
SAK Health Consult provides the following services:
- Home healthcare visits and medical consultations
- Medical logistics, equipment and supplies retail
- Health education programmes, workshops and training
- Health screenings and medical assessments for individuals, groups and organizations
All services are provided by qualified healthcare professionals and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, expand or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
3. Service Booking Terms
- Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, email or WhatsApp
- All bookings are subject to confirmation by our team within 2 hours of submission
- A booking is not confirmed until you receive explicit confirmation from SAK Health Consult
- You are responsible for providing accurate personal and location information when booking
- We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time, but cannot guarantee specific time slots
- For group and organizational bookings, additional lead time may be required
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee
- Failure to be available at the agreed location and time without prior notice ("no-show") may result in a charge for the scheduled service
- SAK Health Consult reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will be notified promptly and offered an alternative arrangement
- Refunds for prepaid services cancelled by SAK Health Consult will be processed in full
5. No Return Policy
All products purchased from SAK Health Consult are non-returnable and non-refundable. Due to the nature of medical supplies and the strict health and safety regulations governing pharmaceutical and medical products, we cannot accept returns on any items once purchased.
This policy applies to all products including but not limited to: medical consumables, diagnostic equipment, surgical instruments, laboratory supplies, protective equipment, and pharmaceutical products.
We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review their orders before completing a purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@sakhealthconsult.com or +233 544 528 317 for assessment.
SAK Health Consult reserves the right to replace genuinely defective products at our discretion, subject to inspection and verification.
6. Payment Terms
- Payment for services may be required in advance or upon completion, depending on the service type and agreement
- Payment for products is required at the time of purchase or upon delivery, as agreed
- We accept cash, mobile money and bank transfer (specific payment methods will be communicated at the time of transaction)
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
7. Part Payment Policy for Bulk Orders
SAK Health Consult offers flexible part payment arrangements for bulk and institutional orders to support healthcare facilities, clinics, pharmacies, and organizations.
- Eligibility: Part payment is available for orders exceeding a minimum threshold, subject to approval by our procurement team.
- Payment Structure: A minimum deposit of 50% of the total order value is required upon order confirmation. The remaining balance must be settled before or upon delivery of the goods.
- Institutional Accounts: Registered healthcare institutions and organizations may qualify for customized payment plans. Contact our procurement team to discuss terms.
- Late Payment: Outstanding balances not settled within the agreed timeframe may incur additional charges. SAK Health Consult reserves the right to withhold delivery of remaining goods until full payment is received.
- Order Cancellation: Orders paid in part may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the total order value if cancelled after processing has begun.

8. Minimum Order Requirements
As a B2B medical logistics provider, SAK Health Consult maintains minimum order requirements to ensure efficient procurement and delivery:
- Retail Customers: A minimum order of 10 units per product applies to all retail orders placed through our website or direct channels.
- Institutional/Bulk Orders: Healthcare facilities, clinics, pharmacies and organizations ordering in bulk may qualify for customized minimum thresholds and preferential pricing. Contact our procurement team for details.
- Mixed Orders: Each product line in a mixed order must individually meet the minimum quantity requirement of 10 units.
- Exceptions: Minimum order requirements may be waived at the sole discretion of SAK Health Consult for specialty items or upon special arrangement with our procurement team.

9. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking services or making purchases
- Be present and available at the agreed location and time for scheduled appointments
- Disclose relevant medical history and health information to our healthcare professionals to enable safe and effective care
- Follow medical advice and instructions provided by our healthcare team
- Treat our staff with respect and courtesy
10. Our Responsibilities
- Provide services with reasonable care, skill and professionalism
- Ensure all healthcare professionals are appropriately qualified and trained
- Maintain confidentiality of your personal and health information
- Communicate clearly regarding appointments, pricing and any changes to services
- Respond to enquiries and booking requests within 2 hours
11. Limitation of Liability
- SAK Health Consult provides healthcare services and information in good faith and to the best of our professional ability. However, we cannot guarantee specific health outcomes
- Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. In case of a medical emergency, please contact the nearest hospital or emergency service immediately
- SAK Health Consult shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products
- Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim
- Health education content provided by SAK Health Consult is for informational purposes and should not replace professional medical advice for individual health conditions
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the SAK Health Consult website, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of SAK Health Consult and is protected by the copyright and intellectual property laws of Ghana. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.
13. Privacy

14. Amendments

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Ghana.
